1. Service Purpose & Guest Requests
QRTebly enables guests at participating restaurants, cafés, and hotels to scan a table or room QR code and send service requests directly to the venue's on-site team. All food ordering, order additions, bill requests, and checkout requests summon staff for in-person assistance; QRTebly does not process financial orders, bills, payments, or checkout transactions.
2. Venue Responsibility for Service Delivery
Each participating restaurant, café, or hotel is solely responsible for receiving, responding to, and fulfilling guest requests on-site. QRTebly provides the notification software and does not operate the venue's hospitality staff.
3. Connectivity, Staff Availability & No Response-Time Guarantee
Sending and receiving requests depends on active internet connectivity, the venue's service status being set to Open, and on-site staff availability. QRTebly does not guarantee message delivery or any specific staff response time.
4. Not for Emergencies
QRTebly must never be used for medical, fire, safety, or security emergencies. Guests requiring urgent assistance should speak directly with venue staff in person or contact local emergency responders immediately.
5. Acceptable Use & No Spam or Abuse
Guests must only send genuine service requests while physically present at the designated table or room. Sending abusive, fraudulent, automated, or spam requests is strictly prohibited, and venues may ignore or block misuse.
6. Menus, Hotel Information & Venue Content
All digital menus, hotel information guides, pricing, business logos, and promotional banners displayed through a venue's QR page are uploaded and managed by the participating venue, which remains responsible for their accuracy.

All food ordering, bill, and checkout requests summon on-site staff assistance. QRTebly does not process orders, bills, payments, or checkout.
